职位描述： 1. Communication with CTK sales and customers regarding their orders including order processing procedures and status updates.2. Ensure that customer's orders are properly entered, monitored, shipped and updated in time3. Establish and maintain a close relationship with customers by always helping with their requests and needs and get good feedbacks of customer satisfactory survey4. Communicate clearly with the Sales team and customers to keep both parties connected / informed5. Communicate clearly within BGB to address sales/customer's requests, concerns, problems6.
