职位描述： Main responsibility will be to manage everything related to the tenders activity:-Manage a team of 2 direct reports.-Understand the Tenders process and needs in order to maximize the company business opportunities.-Improve our current tender SOP.-Manage the different stakeholders involved in a tender to maximize our success rate.-Manage the company tenders funnel to meet all requirements and comply with deadlines.-Maintain tender records and traceability.-Define and manage a yearly budget.-Implement and maintain a tender management software任职要求：Management of Public Tenders in China.Government Affairs.Tender Management Platforms like HaiHong.Experience in Healthcare/IVD will be valued.University Degree: Management, Politics, Engineering, Law 职能类别： 招投标管理
