职位描述： JOB TITLE: Project Manager, Clinical Research Key Job Responsibilities:Manage interdisciplinary clincical research projects, as Project Manager, leading the clinical team to ensure on time, on budget performanceSupervise, train, and mentor Clinical Research staffApprove investigator study budgets and contractsReview and develop protocolsReview and approve Case Reports Forms (CRFs)Plan, coordinate, and present at Investigators MeetingsParticipate in proposal meetings with potential clientsReview Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reportsReview and approve monthly client invoicesPrepare project management reports for clients, project personnel, and internal managementReview and approve monitoring trip reportsReview Tables and Listings generated from study dataAuthor Clinical Study ReportsTrain CRAs on monitoring, internal procedures, and query resolutionMentor Senior CRAs on project management procedures and policiesJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s degrees required; MS, MPH, PharmaD, PhD, or other advanced life science degree preferred.Five years of experience in clinical research, data management, or regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research projectAbility and willingness to travel up to 20% of the timeExcellent written and oral communication skill 职能类别： 医药技术研发管理人员 临床研究员 关键字： PM CRM 临床研究经理 带薪年假 节日福利 话补
