职位描述： ICON is looking for a Director, RWE Research Services (Clinical Operations)This is a high profile role to head up ClinOps in APAC- we are looking for someone who wants to be involved in the strategic growing and oversight of the region which is considered as a potential growing market in the late phase space.Reports into: VP, Research & Alliance ServicesLocation: Beijing / Shanghai, China (preference Beijing)Focus of the role is to strategically manage and lead the Clinical operations for the APAC region across multiple countries, China, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia & Japan .Approx. 35-40 people overall by Q2 2018Experience:?Strong clinical development experience, particularly in mainland China.?Drug development experience is needed, device management is a plus. Experience in phase II- III and Late phase (IIIb, IV, Post Marketing) is key.?People management and business development experience in a senior manager or above role.?Bachelor's degree in medicine, science or relevant discipline, Master's degree preferred.?Strong English language skills.If you want to review more please visit our company website: www.iconplc.com or careers.iconplc.com.
