职位描述： Perform tests for packing material and raw materials according to monitoring requirements 依据控制要求完成生产包材及原料的实验Keep equipment maintenance and calibration in good condition.保证仪器的维护和校验状态良好。Review relevant test report.复核相关的实验报告。Implement Reagent and volumetric solution preparation as relative SOP.依据相关的SOP完成试剂和标准溶液的准备工作。Manage the standard samples, chromatogram column.标准品及对照品色谱柱的管理使用。Report to chemist immediately when any out of limit is encountered. Assist chemist to investigate OOL.发生超标时马上报告化学师。并协助调查超标原因。Maintain the working areas clean and neat.负责维持工作区域内卫生。Observe and monitor behavior, provide feedback for at risk behavior and reinforce safe behaviors in order to prevent accidents.遵守和约束自己的行为举止,对危险行为做出反馈, 加强安全行为,避免事故发生。Obtain appropriate EHS training and report incidents of noncompliance with EHS laws and requirements or failure to carry out EHS responsibilities, which endanger the environment or people.接受相应的EHS 培训,报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为.Understand and implement Baxter, division and regulatory EHS requirements as applicable to this position.理解并执行百特公司EHS对该职位的相关政策。Any other work authorized by Lab Supervisor and Quality Manager.其它由实验室主管和QA经理授权的工作。 Requirements 职位要求Education background relating pharmacy, College degree.专科及以上毕业，具有药学相关教育背景。Be able to read and understand English documents.能够阅读并理解英语文件。Obtain the certificate of analyst issue by TJSFDA in the period of 2 years.上岗后两年内取得由天津市药监局颁发的化验员资格证书。Good human relationship skills.良好的沟通能力。Good data analysis skills, be proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.良好的数据分析技能，能熟练使用Word, Excel等办公软件Adapt to shift work.适应倒班工作。 职能类别： 化学分析测试员
