职位描述： Description:* Single point responsibility for the execution of company projects.* To ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration in project execution.*To ensure projects are executed as per contract.* Full understanding of project control tools.* To supervise, advise and guide the discipline staff to ensure that their work is of the required quality.* To highlights issues that may arise in priorities, workload, competency, etc..* To develop the scope of work to achieve the specified deliverables.* To exercise control over manpower and material resources in order to execute the project within budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements as per contract.* To exercise change control and variance control on each project.* To ensure the communication with, and involvement of, all interested disciplines to each project.* To report progress on projects to the client in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on quality, cost, schedule or HSE matters.* To prepare technical documentation for tender.* To prepare bids and proposals to client's inquiries.* To support cost estimate for total investment.Requirement:* Bachelor degree in chemistry or engineering.* Minimum 15 years chemical design experience and 5 years project management experience.* Experience with pharmaceutical projects is a must.* Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects.* Strong capabilities in programming, design management, budget preparation and management, procurement and construction management, personnel allocation.* Experience with Chinese Design Institutes (CDI) and local contractors.* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management in English and Chinese.* Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required.* Good command at computer literate.* Independent, self-motivated and ambitious of unquestionable personal professional integrity.* For all nationalities applicants. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 项目经理/主管
