职位描述： ①培训和教育（Education and Training）：A、新员工技术培训：包括入职后参加培训前的辅导培训（产品基本知识、无菌技术、手术室的规则和产品回收流程等）、配合培训部进行的现场技术辅导（NAV、O Arm、Polestar），制定新员工培训计划并且负责技术等级的Sign-off。B、区域在职员工的培训：制定定期（至少每个月一次）对TSRs/Customers的培训计划，包括新产品和故障排除。C、区域内部的客户教育：制定包括市场部项目、已经上市的产品和新产品等方面的培训计划；协助TSR/Customers甚至MD Specialist或Clinical Research Specialist针对科室和病人的教育。D、协助 NT, Spinal and Neuro team在区域内的培训。E、协助区域内培训中心（医院和医生）的建立。F、进行代理商的培训。②技术支持（Technical Support）：A、O Arm, Polestar and NAV的跟台或 support跟台。B、帮助TSR解决疑难技术问题（包括Spinal植入和随访中遇到的问题）。C、协助TSR/对高端产品的随访。D、亲自收集或呈递、分享收集的病例。E、协助技术工程师对设备故障做出分析、判断。F、在必要时参与产品的现场安装和调试。G、参与800电话的技术支持③市场（Marketing）：A、定期（至少每个月一次）从技术层面拜访客户，了解客户在技术和学术方面的需求，并结合产品特点和竞争信息进行技术销售。B、在理解市场部策略的基础上，结合区域特点推动或协助市场项目的开展。C、市场部资源及固定资产的管理：如保管 Demo or Loaner goods, 备用件及一部分市场项目的资金等。D、定期和市场部（至少每个月一次）以及销售部（区域，至少每个月一次）沟通。④临床研究（Clinical Study）：包括上市前研究、上市后研究、客户主导的研究。A、进行研究中心的提名、激活和后续支持B、培训研究中心或医院的人员以及公司内部的人员C、协助跟踪临床研究的进展。D、了解客户的临床研究需求并协助设计方案。 职能类别： 临床研究员 关键字： 医疗器械 临床 专员
