职位描述: SUMMARYThis position is responsible for clinical education related content issues, internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below categories but may not be limited to:?Manage the SOP of clinical education related issues and projects and training center daily operation, including vender screening, equipment maintenance, materials purchasing, expense application and payment processing.?Design and manage training center education events and program by marketing strategy and result orientated.?Cultivate good speakers and work with KOLs to develop clinical education content and decks to increase educational effectiveness and product knowledge of doctors.?Create and manage event materials to provide professional and consistent brand information.?Effectively track the effectiveness of education events in training center, include but not limit to doctor`s product knowledge and clinical confidence increase.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:Other duties may be assigned.?Manage the SOP of clinical education related issues and projects and training center daily operation.?Design and manage training center education events by marketing strategy and result orientated.?Effectively track doctor`s confidence increasing driven by education events.?Optimize clinical education pathway and training center events arrangement.?Effectively execute training center budget, including vender screening, equipment maintenance, materials purchasing, expense application and payment processing.?Cultivate good speakers and work with KOLs to develop clinical education content and decks to increase educational effectiveness and product knowledge of doctors.?Develop new program suited for training center to drive business growth.?Create and manage event materials to provide professional and consistent brand information.?Support marketing team and Global/regional educational team to localize and carry on educational program holding in training center.?Actively participate with new hire recruitment process as required to maintain organization’s resourcesAdditional responsibilities:?Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.?Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
