职位描述： 1.Clinical Traila)Plan, propose, manage Clinical Research projects according to Company’s product registration plan, and ensure timely completionb)Communicate with HQs about Clinical Research projects and maintain fluent communication and information delivery across HQs and regionalc)For clinical studies with registry purpose, cooperate with Regulatory Affairs team about clinical data and ensure the submitted documents are in accordance with regulatory requirementsd)Manage all I***estigator Initiated Trial (IIT) projects and the whole process from initiation till completione)Establish and maintain the good relationship with KOLs, i***estigators and sites2.Local Medical Affairsa)Provide medical advice and input in the development and implementation of Company’s business strategiesb)Develop and facilitate relations with KOLs and key authorities and within the industry in general at a country levelc)Direct and control all activities of the Medical Affairs Team, ensuring that staff is qualified and competent, properly coached, given the opportunity to develop in the company and continually motivated to handle the demands of their jobs and achieve their objectives.3.BD Projects Supporta)Provide business development support as appropriate, in terms of giving technical advice and input on all product development and licensing opportunities.岗位资质：1.Bachelor or above degree in Medical, Life Science or related field2.6 years or above clinical research experience including at least 3 years’ project management experience and experience in clinical operations3.In depth knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines4.Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge5.Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics6.Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office, esp.
