职位描述： Primary Function?Conducts research using multiple experimental techniques?Investigates and develops new procedures independently?May act as lead scientist on one project and contribute to other projects?Interacts with other groups and shares information?Maintains appropriate written documentation.?Troubleshoot technical issuesMajor Responsibilities?Conduct independent and collaborative studies required for assay development, including prototype format establishment, feasibility, verification, validation and product launch?Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Participates in routine instruments maintenance and lab safety?Conducts quantitative methods, analyses data, evaluates results, forms conclusion and prepares/delivers data presentations to peers & other functional groups?Recognize and resolve technical problems and evaluates options for complex experimental problems?Ensure timely collection of study documentation by obtaining, maintaining and controlling all necessary records and documentation according to procedures and regulations?Participates in project planning and updates; helps to define project goals, resource needs, and timelines.Requirement?Ph.D or Master in life science, biology, immunology, clinical laboratory?Candidates must have at least one of the following levels of experience in IVD companyoMaster’s degree and 3+ years of experienceoDoctoral degree and 1-2years of experience?In-depth knowledge and expertise in developing immunoassays or methods.?Experience integrating immunoassay with automated instrumentation?Working technical knowledge and design of experiments would be an advantage.?Capable of adjusting to dynamic working environment and changing priorities, and of ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.?Displays effective oral and written communication to accomplish business goals and foster building relationships?Good command of written and verbal English 职能类别： 医疗器械研发
