职位描述： Provide technical support for antibody discovery in multiple stage such as antigen QC, antibody screening and characterization by ELISA, FCM and other biochemical or biophysical assays.Major Responsibilities and Duties:1) Work as a team member to support multiple project-relevant area.2) Execute on the design of experiments and implement plans with minimal guidance utilizing appropriate protocols3) Support the internal antibody generation, screening, characterization by performing required biochemical or biophysical assays.4) Exercise professional judgment to independently analyze experiment data.5) Analyze and prepare reagent and/or assay product documentation, procure needed reagents, perform experiments, analyze data and document results6) Present data to discovery team using clear and concise methodologiesQualifications and skills:1) Bachelor's degree in life sciences, protein sciences, cellular/molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or other related area is required. Master's degree is preferred.2) Minimum 1 years of research work experience is preferred.3) Background knowledge in mammalian cell culture is preferred.4) Experience with running antibody-based assays such as ELISA, FCM, HTRF or other assay techniques.5) Experience in in vitro assay development is desired6) Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.7) Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发人员 关键字： 研究员，研发
