职位描述： KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作任务和职责Functional Tasks职能性任务1.Good understanding on education strategy and the unmet needs,2.Ensure good implementation of nurse education programs with high efficiency and high quality.3.Enhance KOL/center management4.Good program management skills on progress and tracking to achieve on-going improvement5.Good cooperation with across function team.6.Push internal HCE capability enhancement to acquire outstanding, professional, customer-centric mindset and capabilities to interface with customers7.Regional sales meeting and HCE work supportMAIN INTERFACES主要工作关系Interfaces with other Departments/Functions与其它部门的主要联系:Sales; Medical & Medical affairs, GA, commercial and relevant departmentsExternal Interfaces与外部的联系:Customers (health care providers, patients, related business partners etc.)EDUCATION/LANGUAGES教育背景/语言？Bachelor Degree in Medicine or related field preferred？Fluent in English, both literal and oralPROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS专业技术能力？5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry？at least 1 year working experience in project management (or central function) /RPM/APM/Patient education in leading pharmaceutical MNC？bachelor degree above, medical background preferred.？Good learning and communication skills？Have clear objective and strong problem solving ability, result oriented？Good knowledge of computer software 职能类别： 产品/品牌主管 药品市场推广主管/专员 关键字： 市场 marketing 区域市场 区域产品 患者教育 项目管理
