职位描述： Languages RequiredGood communication in both Mandarin and EnglishQualifications1.Bachelor degree, subject in chemistry, biology, medicine or pharmacy and so on.2.Familiar with cosmetic registration process, familiar with relevant laws and regulations and product application requirements3.Familiar with INCI and regulation on Chinese label of cosmeticsExperience/Skills1.At least 2 years' experience in a cosmetics registration role.2.Experience in regulatory affairs in cosmetic.3.Good understanding of the local regulatory environment, including future trends and developments.4.Strong technical background particularly in laboratory and toxicological testing requirement, experience in product registration activities and meetings with regulatory authorities;Required Background Characteristics1.Be detail and careful.2.Be proactive and self-motivated.3.Can work under pressure.4.Have good communication skills.Responsibilities1.Coordinate with agency in the review and approval of imported cosmetics labeling and advertising claims, to ensure adequacy of substantiation and compliance to regulation2.Coordinate with graphic designer in the translation, review and approval of domestic cosmetics labeling and advertising claims, to ensure adequacy of substantiation and compliance to local regulation3.Assist on product registration to comply with SFDA requirements, to ensure the registration on time4.Assist on cosmetic ingredients analysis to comply with SFDA Regulation for the Application of Administrative Permission for osmetics5.Assist in monitoring, evaluation and communicating impact of current and emerging China legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g. product registration, ingredient restrictions, testing, labeling and claims substantiation requirements, etc.) and recommend compliance strategies to minimize impact/cost of compliance whilst ensuring fulfillment of all legal obligations. 职能类别： 药品注册
