职位描述： 一、学术活动1.根据公司的市场计划，结合区域销售的实际情况，制定年度区域市场计划，并负责组织区域成员实施、跟进并有效控制费用；2.根据区域年度市场计划，策划、申请、组织和实施辖区内各类大、中型学术活动, 并跟进、考核和评估市场推广活动的效果。每季度、年度对学术活动进行投入产出比分析。3.负责区域内科（院）会等小型学术活动的审批提交，并跟进、考核和评估科会的效果，每季度、年度对科会进行投入产出比分析。二、专家网络1.通过各级学术活动、临床随访等建立和维护省、市消化、内镜、健康管理等学会的专家网络，培养专家意见领袖及讲者队伍，并发挥其影响力，支持代理商销售。2.按公司要求，完成专家的节日答谢工作。3.协助代理商做好对重要客户的学术性拜访。三、市场信息收集及走访1.年初提交本区域年度市场活动计划表并每月补充、修正。2.走访市场并及时反馈有关市场学术信息，制定各层级专家拜访计划表，每月落实并反馈市场总监。3.配合公司完成新品的市场调研，并按时提交市场调研报告。四、培训1.在地区销售会议、市场随访时对地区内的销售人员及代理商进行产品知识培训。2.负责区域内新进人员的产品培训及考核。3.推动地区内各产品目标医院及科室的覆盖，根据公司市场卖点的推广部署，制定培训计划，提高辖区内销售及代理商的产品知识水平。五、日常工作及组织纪律1.每季度向市场总监提交工作总结和工作计划。2.完成主管上级和公司交办的其它工作。3.提高自身的执行力，确保公司各项工作的贯彻到位；并按公司审核通过的KPI对各项工作进行考评。 职能类别： 医疗器械市场推广 医药学术推广
