职位描述： The Contract Associate will be responsible for the commercial relationship with sites involved in clinical trials including work from contract and amendment language, budget negotiation within the established timeline parameters. The Contract Associate is able to perform in a fast paced environment, able to create and reset priorities as the need arises, identify and raise issues before they become critical, and adjust quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization.‘Responsibilities：-Able to work successfully in a team environment.-Demonstrates effective time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks with management guidance and oversight.-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.-Demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude toward new and/or unconventional work assignments.-System competencies to include Office suite and compliance with corporate systems.-Able to consistently perform high quality work under close management supervision.Qualifications：-Read write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.-Familiarity with contracts.-Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.-Experience in relevant areas involving contracts, negotiation, or sales.-Prefer JD or advance degree.PRA is an EEO/AA employer and is committed to providing opportunities to minorities, women, veterans and individuals with disabilities. 职能类别： 临床研究员 其他
