职位描述： 岗位职责：Act as product manager or assistant product manager, being responsible for autoimmune products management, especially in Nephrology, Endocrinology and Infertility . Set up price /market strategies, provide comprehensive marketing support to sales.1.Manage the products through the entire lifecycle.2.Set up market strategy, product differentiation strategy according to the marketing situation.3.Explore, plan, organize and put in place marketing events/activities e.g. seminars, symposium, professional educational programs, etc.; Ensure their timely and proper delivery in the market to create a positive impact upon Company’s image among target audience.4.Key customer and opinion leader management. Build and maintain good relations with local VIP customers and KOLs.5.Provide regular training to sales team, distributors to get them accustomed/updated with knowledge of AI product features/benefits.6.Interface with cross-functional team e.g. Sales / RA / SDD / R&D and IAD departments to coordinate resources.任职要求：1.Faster learning capability and agility under pressure.2.Good English skill in reading, writing.3.Good communication and presentation skill.4.Good team spirit and open mind.5.Bachelor or above in life science, biology, medical relevant background.6.At least 3 years marketing or sales relevant experience in IVD industry.Or you can email to : hr@oumeng.com.cn 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 产品/品牌经理
