职位描述： 岗位职责：？能够独立管理项目，根据需要对接公司内部BD部门、QA部门和技术部门的工作，并能够完成和临床试验CRO及CRC的沟通；曾独立进行项目运营，并在临床研究过程中，管理合作方和操作项目运营；？负责与客户的项目经理、合作CRO、其它合作方之间的协调与沟通，并发现与研究有关的问题，提出解决思路；？参与制订临床检测项目计划，包括时间表，项目整体规划。跟踪、检查项目各阶段的完成情况，追踪检测项目的执行情况；？能根据国家ISO15189或ISO17025（CNAS）体系，负责中心实验室临床检测项目的组织、管理和监查者优先考虑；？根据公司需要，提供必要的项目相关流程支持。任职资格：？临床检验、分子生物学或相关专业，硕士毕业两年以上或本科毕业四年以上工作经验；？熟悉新药临床试验流程和中心实验室检测流程，熟悉相关实验室质量体系和法规；？有药厂临床医学部门，临床CRO项目管理和监查工作经验优先考虑；？具有良好的人际沟通能力、责任心、团队合作、任务执行等能力；？有美国CLIA、CAP质量管理体系工作经验的优先考虑； 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
