职位描述： 1.Act as PMO of Novartis (GenMed) product Patient Assistance Program (PAP). Ensure smooth operation of PAP under project related govern-ance (SOP, WI etc.).2.Closely work with external and internal stakeholders, ensure timely and effective communication and problem solving.?Major external stakeholders: charity foundation, project operation of-fice, hospitals and physicians.?Internal stakeholders: BU, medical, global supply chain, finance, compliance, legal, POP team etc.3.Develop project related communication dossiers. Deliver trainings to ex-ternal stakeholders (physicians/nurse/drug dispenser/officials) to facili-tate stakeholder understanding on program settings. Deliver regular re-port on the execution status to internal xFNs.4.Support the execution of brand PR activities, as well as PR campaign from charity foundation.5.Collect and analyze stakeholder feedbacks and insight to continuously improve the operation of PAP.6.Support on internal and external audits as needed.要求：Education: Bachelor Degree or above(clinical/medical background is preferred)Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishExperience:3+ years’ experience in PAP in MNC pharmaceutical industry;Strong project management skillsets;Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsets. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 关键字： Patient Assistance Program Manager
