职位描述： JOB OBJECTIVE:Receiving & properly keeping all the related documentation-Preparing, verifying and submitting all the bonded and non-bonded Customs clearance documentation for all the franchise and departments of Alcon China-Administrative work assigned by SCH-Be responsible for bonded materials control-Import lead time control and forwarder performance-Keep goods relationship with customs, inspection office, forwarder, transportation company and all other relevant parties-Coordinate with suppliers and finance department for monthly payment list check, payment plan and actual payment status- Other tasks assigned byMajor Accountabilities? Accountable for correctness and timeliness of preparation of documentation of Customs clearance? Day to day handling and monitoring and handling 3PLs and Customs clearance agents to ensure smooth I/E activities? Other responsibilities assigned by SCHEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Logistics, international trading or related field.EXPERIENCEMinimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Import/Export handling, including but not limited to commodity classification, documentation preparation, declare to Customs and CIQ, and daily communication with authoritiesKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS? Fluency in English? Computer skills in Microsoft applications; Strong MS Excel competency is required.? Able to work independently, be a good team player, and work well under pressure.? Good interpersonal skills and service minded.? Knowledge in JDE system and MIS will be an advantage? Customs Clearance Certificate would be a plus.?
