职位描述：工作职责JOB SUMMARY？External Medical Affairs Project Manager – is responsible for organizing the execution of one EMA projects or the regional parts of more projects aligning with the objective of providing academic value added services that are non-product or non-product related TA to external customers and enhance the competition of Pfizer China in market.？External Medical Affairs Project Manager – is also responsible for collecting external customer’s academic needs for contributing to the development of EMC project.For those, excellent project planning and organization skills, well interpersonal communication and deep understanding the business of pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment in China are mandatory.KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS1.Implementation of External Medical Affairs program？Responsible for implementation of the approved medical program at high quality, including timeline and budget control, as well as result tracking.？Plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan.？Prepare project reports on a regular basis to team members and medical management 2.Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients and project team members？Act as a link with all stakeholders that include both the internal and the external parties to make sure all parties know the status of a project appropriately.？Conduct regular meetings with team members to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary to achieve the desired results.？Deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients.3.Establish and maintain external key stakeholder database？Establish internal database for Pfizer External Medical Affairs, including key stakeholder mapping and external medical cooperation project tracking, etc.？Maintain the database and keep it up to date 4.Collect, summarize and analyze external customer’s academic needs in national wide.5.Contribute to the development of EMA Project.任职资格EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS1, Educational /Training？Bachelor degree in medicine or pharmacy.？Project management training certificate plus. .2, Working Experiences？At least two years working experience in project mgt.？Two years or more In MNC plus.COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS1.Ability Functional？Strong project management skills include financial management？Good business knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and healthcare in China.？Good communication and interpersonal skills？Ability to resolve conflicting situations？Good English reading/writing？Computer or technical knowledge2.Cultural Competencies (Leader Behaviors)？Sustain Focus on Performance？Create an Inclusive Environment？Encourage Open Discussion and Debate？Manage Change？Develop People？Align Across Pfizer 职能类别：生物工程/生物制药
