职位描述： In this role, you have the opportunity toDeliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.You are responsible foroOwn customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs for assigned accountoProvide service support to team members as requiredoDevelop and maintain good relationships with customersoPlan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and FCOoPrepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basisoAttend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.oSupport service sales to explore and develop business opportunities (IS FSE)oDevelop business in assigned account (UM FSE)oOther tasks assigned by team & companyYou are a part ofExternal Customer: Deliver daily service to customer and ensure customer satisfaction.Support Function: Ensure the service process correct implementationSales Distributor: Cooperate with sales distributor in varied sales or marketing activities.ASP: Cooperate with ASP as one team to provide qualified service to customer.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceoa) Education:oCollege, University Bachelor or aboveoAdvanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineeringb) Experience:>3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industryc) Travel Frequency:o> 50%d) Competency and SkillsoStrong technical knowledge on Healthcare productsoStrong communication skill and Open mind to share with othersoClear and logic thinkingoAbility to handle multi tasksoGood execution skilloExcellent English skill in reading, writing and speakingoWilling to take responsibilityoSelf motivation and self management 职能类别： 医疗器械维修人员 售前/售后技术支持工程师
