职位描述： Scientist- Molecular BiologyResponsibilities:?Ordering and receiving new supplies, equipment, and reagents?Planning, design and execute experiments for molecular biology/tissue culture?Follows written instructions (e.g., SOPs, test methods) to execute experiments independently?Interpret experimental data and report scientific results at internal meeting?Prepare documents including data summaries, technical and analytical reports?Training and orientating new lab membersQualifications:Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of directly related research experience in industry or academic setting.?Practical familiarity with molecular biology techniques including molecular cloning, DNA purification and quantification, PCR, enzymatic assays, ELISA?Experience performing assays in multi-well plates useful, medium-throughput formats Proficiency in maintaining an accurate scientific notebook enabling other scientists to follow and reproduce results?Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time?Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Able to present data effectively?Ability to work as both a team player and independently?Follows written instructions (e.g., SOPs, test methods)?Experience with proper laboratory safety practices and guidelines?Awareness/proven experience for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials and equipment?Basic oral presentation skills and scientific/technical writing skills?
