职位描述： KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:1. Hands on experience in recombinant protein expression and purification with AKTA, as well as column packing and evaluation.2. Previous experience in process optimization and verification with endotoxin controlling.3. Familiar with protein analytical technology such as but not limited to HPLC/UPLC (SEC, IEX, and RP), IEF, WB, and ELISA.4. Maintain the latest technologies in protein purification, and willing to adopt new techniques into the routine operation.5. Communicate with director about work and maintain the experiment result with superior quality, and coach new technician.REQUIREMENTS:1. MS or BS in protein science or related discipline with at least three years focused experience in protein expression and purification with extensive chromatographic operation in AKTA is required.2. Extensive experiences in large scale protein purification is a plus.3. A thorough understanding on expression, refolding, purification, and analytical techniques for protein quality and quantitation.4. Good communication skill in English.5. Experience in recovery will be a plus6. Knowledge and experience in cell disruption, clarification and protein purification will be a plus. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
