If you have 5+ years of cross-border consulting or advisory experience in the life science industry, and meet the criteria below, please apply to join our team of world-class consultants and advisors.Job Description:ChinaBio is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join our Shanghai headquarters located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park in Pudong, Shanghai. The Senior Manager will play a lead role on projects related to management consulting, fund raising, M&A and partnering transactions in China’s life science industry. Successful candidates must speak and write fluent English and Mandarin, and have experience interfacing with U.S. or European-based companies in pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics or medical device industries. A strong background in life science and consulting is required.Responsibilities:The Senior Manager/Director will be responsible for:1) Leading activities on one or more projects such as identifying new technologies, analyzing the industry landscape, securing strategic partnerships or VC funding for our Western clients.2) Assisting senior management with analyzing potential opportunities and preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.3) Monitoring industry trends, including market and technology development, investment activity, competitive landscape, regulatory environment and government policy.4) Conducting secondary and primary research to gather data in support of consulting projects and potential investments.5) Conducting outreach programs to investors and strategic partners on behalf of our clients.6) Developing presentations and written reports, including client deliverables and ChinaBio’s annual white papers on investment activity and clinical trials in China.Requirements:1) Minimum of 5 years consulting, advisory or related industry experience in the life sciences sector.2) Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic consulting with a scientific or marketing background, OR investment or advisory deal experience.3) An MS or PhD degree, preferably in life sciences. An MBA or similar business experience is a plus.4) Excellent communications and presentation skills both in English and Chinese (written and oral).5) Proven success in building cross-border relationships.6) Excellent organizational skill with ability to manage and simultaneously work on multiple projects, at a very fast pace with tight deadlines.7) Attention to detail and strong focus on producing high quality deliverables for senior management of major companies.8) Flexible work schedule and ability to travel. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
