The educator will also develop courses and curriculum and spend time in the clinical area for coaching and mentoring staff nurses.岗位职责任职条件1. Rich clinical nursing experience2. Degree in Nursing (preferably BSN or Masters degree preferred)3. Teaching experience preferred4. Skilled and experienced in nursing (general and in a specialty area)5. Good team building and people skills6. Good presentation and communication skills7. Computer skills: (MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc);8. Bilingual language required, able to teach in English as well as Chinese language9. Basic and advanced knowledge on nursing theories, procedures and evidence-based practice10. Understand hospital policies and procedures11. Understand JCIA requirements12. Knowledge on teaching-learning principles
