Will also act as consultant for complicated medical conditions for all specialties in the hospital and support in the ICU as needed在内科部门提供专业的医疗服务，作为内科医生，同时也要会诊医院内所有专科疑难病例和根据需要到ICU提供医疗服务。岗位职责1. Perform complete physical exams and assessments of patients in Internal Medicine Department (including urgent, emergent, and non-urgent presentation) and ICU. 对内科病人和ICU病人进行全面体检和评估（包括紧急的，突发的，和非紧急的病人）2. Help with the coverage of the ICU as requested.根据需要到ICU值班。3. Help with medical development programs of internal medicine, such as develop rules, training plans and QI monitoring systems .协助进行内科医学发展的项目，如制定规则、 培训计划和质量指标跟踪系统。4. Select, order and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings为确认检查结果，下医嘱做相应化验。5. Define/document differential diagnoses and list differential diagnoses with most likely diagnosis indicated.定义/记录诊断的细微差异,并列表鉴别诊断与最可能的诊断结果。6. Write orders on physician order sheet for tests, procedures and the implementation and management of therapies in accordance with medical protocols. Write signature on chart based upon institutional policy按照医疗规定进行下医嘱做检查,常规,执行和管理治疗方案,并按照医院的政策在病例上书写签名。7. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care if privileged to do so. Consult as necessary.按照授权范围，根据必要和适当的护理计划执行诊断和治疗措施。必要时，要咨询。8. Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Internal Medicine OR Chinese physician practice license 美国内科医学委员会认证 （或等同）或 中国医师资格证及执业证2. Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of medicine.从正规医学院校获得的医学学位(或同等学位)。3. Completion of residency training at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer在医院完成住院医师培训，培训项目需得到部门主任和首席医疗官的任可。4.
