ID&ATB of Microbiology excluded) that require considerable amounts of independent judgment and interpretation. 执行需要大量独立判断和解释、技术更加复杂的检验。岗位职责1. Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing.监控收集、鉴定、运输、储藏，为确保测试前试样质量对试样进行处理。2. Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures.根据规定程序准备实际、标准和控制。3. Performs tests and sample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology & Blood Bank, microbiology (? ID&ATB included; ? ID&ATB excluded), immunology and/or Body fluid analysis. 在临床化学、血液学和血库、微生物学领域执行测试和样本分析。4. Verifies test results prior to release.在结果发布之前进行检查。5. Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and reports to the supervisor.为确保仪器、实际和流程正常运行执行质量控制。确认仪器故障和控制实验结果，采取正确措施并报告主管。6. Maintains test equipment and instruments, following established procedures.根据既定程序维护检测设备和仪器。7. Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratory tests, accepts complaints, and initiates corrective actions.回答医生和护士关于实验室检查的问题，接受投诉，并启动纠正措施。8. Trains new employees the laboratory techniques. 培训新员工实验室技术。9. Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory. 在实验室就测试技术或相关疾病进行授课。10. Participates in education class and continuing education programs. Attends workshops, seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the chair. 参加教育类和继续教育项目。参与研讨会、讨论会和跟进当前新仪器设备、技术和流程的讲座。11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 在要求下执行其他相关职责。12. Supervise and educate lab technologists and technicians on routine work.监督和教育实验室技师常规工作。任职条件Certification as a Senior Technologist is required. 主管技师资格证。
