(语言\学历\工作年限等要求，请参考任职条件帮助填写)岗位职责Supervising and directing daily cleaning and general cleaning in QDU hospital for providing a clean and safety environment to our patients.策划实施开展医院的日常保洁及大清工作，为患者提供整洁、安全的就医环境Making infection control and medical waste disposal according to JCI standard strictly.严格根据JCI标准的要求，负责医院感染控制的相关工作和医疗废弃物的安全处置Expenses control on housekeeping material consumption and other expenses.控制保洁工具、耗材的消耗及其他相关费用Keeping housekeeping material conservation for normal and emergency use.建立并保持必要的保洁用品库存，以备正常和应急状况所需Working out and implementing necessary documents and working flow, including inspectionprocedure\cleaning instruction\cleaning standard\general cleaning schedule\cleaning material inventory etc.建立并监督实施必需的管理规范和工作流程，包括日常巡视程序、保洁作业指导书、保洁作业标准、大清清洁程序、保洁物料库存清单等Training staff and being responsible to shifting assignment of duty workers.负责保洁员工的日常管理培训及工作排班Providing performance evaluation to cleaner team.负责保洁员的绩效评估任职条件Over 2 years work experience in the housekeeping supervisor profession.至少2年的保洁主管工作经验Over 5 years working experience in high standard hotel or other similar service providing experience.5年在星级酒店工作经验或在相关服务场所工作经验minimum high school graduation高中以上文凭Ability to organize and arrange tasks优秀的组织能力Good communication skill良好的沟通技巧Strong leadership and supervisory skill.良好的领导力和监管能力Strong ability in exercising initiative, judgment and problem solving自动自发，能独立判断和解决问题Knowledgeable in staff training/orientation, personnel supervision and development.员工培训、引导和发展的相关知识Good Microsoft Word and Excel use.OFFICE软件的熟练使用Basic English speaking and writing.基本的英文知识职位概述Summary of Responsibilities:Providing and maintaining a high standard cleaning environment to patients and clients为医院的患者和客户提供并保持一个高标准的、洁净的环境部门概述和睦家医疗集团是中国境内第一家按国际标准设立、诊疗技术领先的综合性医疗机构，我们的宗旨是：在家庭般温馨舒适的就诊环境里，为患者提供独特的、全方位的医疗服务.
