Job Description:
· Study the existing flow & layout and find areas for optimization
· Analyze the existing process and propose improvements
· Improve productivities through time and motion studies
· Animate the continuous improvement activities through Lean Sigma methodology (5S, Kaizen, Structured Problem Solving, Benchmarking, etc…)
· Prepare technical specifications to define the scope of work for external equipment suppliers
Requirements:
· University degree, major in industrial engineering or related
· Minimum 2 years of working experience on industrial engineering
· Be familiar with Lean tool (5S, Kaizen, VSM, TPM, etc…)
· Strong communication skill and fluent spoken and written English
· Self starter – takes independent initiative and drives for results
