工作职责:
JOB SUMMARY
The Medical Information function works to become a renowned center of MI excellence and be regarded by our customers as a trusted asset for medical information and strategic insights for improving patient care.
The Medical Information Operational Specialist (MIOS) assistlead on MI team information infrastructure to ensure the operation excellence of MI routine activities. MIOS monitors team compliance with relevant policiesSOPIGs and reports key metrics for continue improvement. MIOS leadsassist projects and maintains excellent communication with key internal customers locally and globally and increases the awareness of MI internally and externally. In team development, MIOS acts as the active partner to ensure the morale of team members and resolve the problems emerged while moving forward.
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES TASKS
1. Customer Medical Solutions - Direct and indirect Customer Support
? AssistLead MI projects collaborating with team members to facilitate value adding service.
? Coordinate team on publication request support and backup for MI BU support in special time.
? Coordinate on getting the customer feedback on MI activities for continue improvement.
2. Take charge of collaboration and communication with other departements to ensure providing timely and optimal MI service to customers.
? Support MI projects collaborating with business team to facilitate value adding service.
? Collaborate with internal team like C&D to optimize the front line MI service continually
? Coordinate team on publication request support and backup for MI BU support in special time.
? Lead on getting the customer feedback on MI activities for continue improvement.
3. Business support
? Team awareness activities support.
? Assist BU conference support as needed.
? Coordinate operational team on Sales training or other interaction within company department.
4. Work on Medical Information Infrastructure development and maintenance to ensure working effectiveness internally and MI famous brand externally.
? Develop, maintain and improve medical information core system including PRIMA, MOMS, Hotline (call center), P-drive, mailbox etc. Keep internal stakeholders aligned on relevant systems.
? Develop and maintain solid rationale on development and promotion of HCP facing external website, therefore add value to Pfizer business via innovative and close connection between Pfizer and HCP.
? Develop and maintain MI intranet and optimize the content building in facilitating high quality information on Pfizer productsTA.
? Develop and maintain product information databases to facilitate Pfizer drugs into hospital formulary. This may include new electronic data collection per business need.
? Develop and maintain solid information support from local library
? Electronic information databases management, including local databases maintenance and global databases investigation and usage.
? Take responsibility on team awareness and branding internally and externally.
5. People and team development
? Team budget management & team administrative support.
? Compliance monitoring and ensure all compulsory SOPsIGstrainingsCVJD are completed on time
? Team awareness and branding.
? Active partner to maintain team morale and active environment to increase engagement of team.
