Position: Analyst
Location: Beijing, Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Work on a strategy consulting project, develop specialized knowledge and lead work streams or small CSS projects
- Work closely with team members to synthesize analyses into key findings and develop actionable recommendations
- Work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change and win buy-in for your recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree from top Chinese or overseas universities; Exclusive list of undergraduate Chinese universities is Peking, Tsinghua, Fudan, Shanghai Jiaotong, Tongji, Nanjing, Zhejiang and Xiamen.
- Excellent academic records of top 10% academic rank
- Both fresh graduate or candidates with 1-3 years’ related working experience are accepted
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Superb communication skill in both Mandarin and English
- Excellent computer skills in EXCEL, WORD, PPT, etc.
- Good interpersonal skill and strong team spirits
- Strong passion for diverse and fast-paced working environment
- Open minded for critical thinking and alternative views
Preferred Profile for Healthcare Practice Candidates:
- Bachelor or higher degree with major in biology/chemistry/medicine/public health/medical science/biomedical science from top Chinese or overseas universities/medical schools
- Candidate who has healthcare related work/internship experience
- Consultant from leading consulting firms who work on healthcare projects
