Responsibility
- Provide quality engineering methodology to achieve high quality product.
- Prepare new project Quality Plans, Control Plans, quality procedures/WIs.
- Transfer and implement product and processes from development or from another manufacturing facility.
- Drive and implement process improvements to achieve First Time Quality (e.g. Error proofing, Measuring Automation activities, Yield improvements)
- Designs and/or implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and reliability of products and/or production and/or test equipment. (e.g. Gage design, GR&R )
- Ensure all process variables and their interactions are adequately defined. Ensure all failure modes in process have been identified and addressed. (e.g. Use of DOE studies, FMEA’s, Risk Reduction)
- Identification and implementation of appropriate statistical techniques to monitor process performance (e.g. SPC, Cpk analysis, sampling techniques)
- Lead layout inspection for First Article and ensure that project closure reports are adequately performed.
- Lead Material Review Board (MRB) to dispose nonconforming material, identify the root cause and initiate corrective/preventive actions to eliminate defects. (e.g. Flow chart, 5 Why, Fish bone)
- Analyzes customer complaint reports and/or returned products and recommends corrective/preventive actions.
- Define process, product and test method validation requirements, preparation and approval of validation protocols and reports. (e.g. EIQ/EOQ/POQ/PPQ)
- Provide effective and responsive QA support to Operations to meet their area’s objectives of quality, cost and delivery.
Qualifications :
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology.
- More than 3 years in product Quality Engineering.
- Experienced in machining inspection, method selection, and gage calibration.
- Analytical & problem solving skills, process improvement orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, aggressively results-oriented environment. 6 Sigma Certificate is a plus.
- Knowledge of Minitab, AutoCAD, Pro/E or UG.
- Be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent communication, reporting and documentation skills.

-必须至少有3年以上的机加工行业的质量工作经验
