职位描述
· Supplier management, project management, product improvement, negotiate cost down initiatives, working capital improvement, payment term improvement & lead time reduction
· Develop, execute strategic sourcing plan to improve service, quality, and total cost of ownership
· Negotiate & implement supplier qualification: Supplier Identification, Profile, Social accountability, Supplier Quality & Contract Manufacturing Agreement, Tooling management, Product Development as well as supplier relationships
· Source potential supplies & vendors, and prepare FRI, RFP, RFQ and evaluate supplier proposals, follow the standard global sourcing process
· Drive the strategic supplier initiatives including supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
· Work closely with all functions (Supply chain, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, etc) to formulate, implement and execute sourcing and continuous improvement strategies
· Build up & monitor sourcing process to ensure compliance of sourcing activity
· Maintain broad knowledge of worldwide market trends for assigned product groups
· Take lead & Drive CI projects (Continues Improvement projects), Continuously look for opportunities to improve the quality of our products, to avoid warranty claims, customer dissatisfactions

知识/教育程度
· Bachelor's degree or above
· Demonstrated knowledge in project management & quality system
经验/能力要求
· ？ 3~5 years of relevant work experience (Sourcing, Engineering, Supplier quality, Logistic or Supply chain), experience in medical device field is prefer
· ？ Good English and Chinese communication skills
· ？ Strategic thinker with proven negotiation skills
· ？ Strong quantitative, analytical & problem solving skills
· ？ Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
· ？ Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment and in a matrix organization
