职位描述
1. Responsible for contractor management to complete the electric equipment installation and acceptance; 负责管理承包商完成电气设备的安装与验收；
2. As the owner, support project leader to control the project safety, schedule, cost and quality in project construction, and propose solutions in case of target lost
作为业主，协助项目主管控制项目施工的安全，进度，成本和质量，并在超出目标的情况下提出解决方案
3. Leads, empowers and instructs suppliers and coordinates internal/external end-users/stakeholders in the Select, Define, Develop, Implement, Launch and Closing phase of the project steps
领导、授权和指导供应商，并在项目步骤的选择、定义、开发、实施、启动和结束阶段协调内部/外部最终用户/利益相关者
4.In charge of management and acceptance the electric related document.
负责电气相关文档的管理与验收
5. Communicates and convinces on all levels in the organization internal and external suppliers
与公司内部人员和外部供应商协调沟通
6. Supporting the CAPEX projects on the automation side by anticipating any impact on automation given by the project
在自动化方面支持项目CAPEX，通过预测掌握项目自动化的影响
7. Review the design drawings and coordinate with designer to implement the user need in design.
对设计图纸进行审核同时负责与与设计师协调以保证设计内容如实反映用户需求。
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical & electrical or electric automation engineering电气自动化或相关工程专业本科及以上学历;
2.Minimum 8 years relative working experience in MNC, electric project management and construction experience; 8年以上跨国公司经历，电气项目管理或施工工作经验;
3.Familiar with state, local and industry design standard and regulations in the field of electrical. 熟悉电气领域国家，地方及行业设计标准与规范；
4.Building monitor system installation or maintenance experience; BMS安装或维护经验;
5.Contractor management experience; 承包商管理经验；
6.Master power supply and distribution technology 熟悉供配电技术;
7.Familiar with electric project construction process and acceptance regulations 熟悉电气项目的施工流程与验收规范；
8. Good English communication skill (written and verbal)，Excellent communication skill，Good team coordinato，Project management knowledge 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，优异的沟通和表达能力，团队合作精神，项目管理知识
