职位描述
Main Purpose:
To lead a team to achieve sales revenue, market share and market growth targets for the responsible territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products.
To ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
To practice good territory management including dealer management, expenses planning and control.
Team development with 6 subordinates
Key Accountabilities:
Work within and actively promote SNN’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (foundations list) and Code of Conduct.
Leverage the resources of TFE to develop territory sales strategy including account management, competitive strategy.
Work with marketing team to ensure the marketing plan execution and provide feedback actively.
Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales efforts of same.
Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report as assigned.
Actively monitor team’s performance and act as mentor and coach of the team.
Encourage team environment by offering support in other territories as needed.
Closely and effectively monitor selling performance of dealer to support business growth and account development.

Job Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor degree in medical, medicine and medical engineering
5-7 sales experience in the healthcare environment.
Ability to form/take sales strategies and translate into actions.
Good interpersonal skills and good command of English
Computer literacy
