Role Purpose

• Responsible for HR Personnel Administration
• Prepare HR basic reports for internal or external customers.
• Support HR relevant tasks and as contact point for HR matters to provide  necessary information to customers (e.g. HRBP, vendors, government, etc.).

Employee Administration

• Responsible for employee onboard, seperation and status change process,  including personal profile collection and document checking.
• As a contact point to provide necessary information to internal and external  customers, e.g. HRBP, business deparment, Fesco, etc.
• Audit documents preparation.
• Other office administrative jobs assigned.

HR Data Maintenance and Reporting

Accurately and timely maintain employee master data in HR system.

Consolidate and double check HR Monthly report.

Provide HR related monthly reports for check in-out, turnover rate, EKL  report, commercial insurances etc. and other HR ad-hoc reports.

HR Process Improvement

Continuing streamline and improve HR processes

Contact person for internal or external customers.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job

1) Have relevant working experience for 1-3 years;

2) Good written English

3) Patient, Sensitive to data

4) Pro-active ,good communication skills with team work spirit

5) Good understanding of HR role, and service mind

6) Willing to develop a career in HR area

7) Good HR knowledge of Personnel Administration

8) Basic knowledge of Payroll processing
