Brief Job Description 工作描述简述Summarizes the job’s purpose or role and why it exists in the organization概述工作的目的或角色及其在机构内的价值The position is set to provide valuable service of solid great place that delivered by Engineering to customer by manage the business needs of customer, visible the service process to customer and interact with them in right attitude that align with AstraZeneca value and culture.Internally, the position will analyse the service data and provide valuable advice to Engineering LT for continuous improvement of both service level and service method.本职位是为了管理工程部客户的业务需求以交付程部提供的良好的工作环境，为客户提供可视化的服务流程，用符合阿斯利康价值观及文化的正确的态度与客户相互交流。对工程部内部，该职位需要分析客户服务的相关数据并为工程部领导层提供有价值的建议以便不断地提升服务水准和服务方法。During project phase fully involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification。As end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project. And Standardize knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare for Qingdao site PQ and PV and ensure following BAU in terms of SOP/WI and continuously improve process/equipment/operation from project to BAU transition.项目建设期间参与项目前期的设计，建造，调试和确认等工作，作为用户代表更好的支持项目组实现青岛pMDI工厂的建设。通过精益标准化和专业技能持续标准化和改善如SOP/工作指导以确保项目期间的知识，技能和经验能够传承以支持未来的商业化生产，并在项目早期就注重工艺/设备/操作等的持续改善工作。 Specific Responsibilities/Key Tasks具体职责/任务•Design document awareness, installation & commissioning and qualification activities during project period, on job operation and maintenance training.通过对设计文件的熟悉，参与项目安装调试验证，以及系统操作维护培训，熟悉公用系统Being familiar with utility system through •Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user.参与到项目的不同阶段，作为最终用户提供有价值和专业的建议到项目建设中。 •Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project.学习并运用其他工厂和行业的最佳实践到新工厂 •End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase.端到端的思维持续标准化和持续改善的理念和能力，通过项目期间的参与，实践为未来的商业化生产的垂直启动和成功做好充足的准备 •Operation of public engineering systems and facilities systems公用工程系统及设施系统运行•Responsible for fire protection systems, lighting systems, building plants and related facilities, water supply and drainage, roads, walls, security systems, parking lots, canteens and equipment, non-production area cleaning, insect control and other public facilities in the factory, to ensure the stable operation of the above systems to support production activities.负责消防系统、照明系统、建筑厂房及相关设施、给排水、道路、围墙、安保系统、停车场、食堂及设备、非生产区域清洁、虫控等厂内公共设施，保障以上系统的稳定运营以支持生产活动 •Lead sustainable development, optimize the operation strategy of public engineering systems, improve energy and water utilization, save energy and reduce consumption, in order to support the sustainable development strategy of the industrial company.引领公司可持续发展，优化公用工程系统运行策略，提高能源以及水的利用率，节能降耗，以支持工公司可持续发展的战略•Take in charge of the business requirement of customer by hotline and other channel. 接管需求：通过热线及其他渠道接管客户的业务需求•Coordinate internal team and customer to come out an agreed service proposal商定方案：协同内部团队和客户达成一致的服务方案•Coordinate internal team and customer to work together and perform the onsite service协同现场：协同内部团队和客户完成现场工作•Collect the customer satisfaction rate and feedback to internal process. Formal close the service交付回馈：收集客户满意率和反馈用于内部服务流程控制，关闭服务请求•Notify the decision /risk/plan and next step to bother customer and internal team in the above four steps of service process.根据以上的四步服务流程，将服务需求的决定、风险、计划告知客户及内部团队•Use right tools to let the customer and internal staffs check and review the progress运用正确的工具使客户及内部员工了解服务需求的进度•Monthly provide the data trend and report of customer service level and PM degree每月提供客户服务及预防性维护的相关数据分析和报告•Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year根据数据趋势每半年度向工程部管理层提供合理的建议从而提升工程部的服务标准和服务流程•Present the service result to customer or SLT为客户或者管理层展示服务成果•Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes.在规定时间内完成公司行为准则、SHE、GMP、合规相关的政策及标准所要求的培训•Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards.在进行一切与业务活动时都严格遵守公司行为准则、SHE、GMP、合规相关的政策及标准。•Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE遵守SHE承诺书上的要求
