作为最终用户参与和支持青岛工厂的项目建设:Support Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI Project as end user: * Design document awareness, installation & commissioning and qualification activities during project period, on job operation and maintenance training. * Being familiar with utility system through * Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user. * Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project. * End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase.公用工程系统及设施系统运行管理 Facility system operation management : * Operation of public engineering systems and facilities systems * Responsible for fire protection systems, lighting systems, building plants and related facilities, water supply and drainage, roads, walls, security systems, parking lots, canteens and equipment, non-production area cleaning, insect control and other public facilities in the factory, to ensure the stable operation of the above systems to support production activities. * Lead sustainable development, optimize the operation strategy of public engineering systems, improve energy and water utilization, save energy and reduce consumption, in order to support the sustainable development strategy of the industrial company.Facilitate the service process促进服务流程 * Take in charge of the business requirement of customer by hotline and other channel. * 接管需求：通过热线及其他渠道接管客户的业务需求 * Coordinate internal team and customer to come out an agreed service proposal * 商定方案：协同内部团队和客户达成一致的服务方案 * Coordinate internal team and customer to work together and perform the onsite service * 协同现场：协同内部团队和客户完成现场工作 * Collect the customer satisfaction rate and feedback to internal process. Formal close the service * 交付回馈：收集客户满意率和反馈用于内部服务流程控制，关闭服务请求Data Analysis and report数据分析及报告: * 每月提供客户服务及预防性维护的相关数据分析和报告 * Provide advice for Engineering further improve of service level and service process. According to the trend to Engineering LT each half year * 根据数据趋势每半年度向工程部管理层提供合理的建议从而提升工程部的服务标准和服务流程 * Present the service result to customer or SLTAlign with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policy, standards and procedures确保符合公司行为准则/SHE/GMP/合规等相关政策、标准与流程 * Complete all required training on AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance policies and standards within prescribed timeframes. * 在规定时间内完成公司行为准则、SHE、GMP、合规相关的政策及标准所要求的培训 * Strictly conduct all business activities in compliance with the AZCOC/SHE/GMP/Compliance related policies and standards. * 在进行一切与业务活动时都严格遵守公司行为准则、SHE、GMP、合规相关的政策及标准。 * Comply with the requirements in the letter of commitment on SHE * 遵守SHE承诺书上的要求
