We are looking for an experienced medical science liaison to join our team.Working as an medical science liaison, you will be responsible for seting a field-based resource for KOLs (key opinon leader) and investigators and establishing long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with them in a given therapeutic field and deliver quality interactions and services .You will be accountable for contribute to and implement the tactical plans in collaboration with medical manager ,identify opportunities for collaborations between the company and the KOLs (key opinon leader) or investigators.Your responsibilities will be:1．Development and execution of TAE engagement plan in line with medical strategy in order to support overall brand strategy2．TAE management in the field via knowledge exchange and scientific support3. Support clinical trial programs4. Provide internal scientific support5. Implementation of Roche SOP, GCP and local registration to ensure medical initiatives to comply to related SOP and regulationsQualifications:You have a 1-2 years' working experience with medical, sales or marketing in pharmaceutical company or as medical doctor in hospital, proven experience in working with multidisciplinary teams an asset, experience in therapeutic area is strongly preferred.English knowledge is highly desirable.Medical or PharmD degrees are preferred, but other graduate health science degrees, or equivalent with strong proven therapeutic area experience is considered. And we prefer you to have the experience in delivery of scientific presentations and have some relationships with KOLs (key opinon leader), external professional, disease, and research organizations.You have the skills in the area of collaboration, analytical, relationship, presentation, communication, interpersonal and networking. And have high ethical standards & leadership competencies.You should be familiar with local laws, regulations & codes of practice, computer literate, data analysis & statistics.And should be strategic thinking & results orientation.The travel frequency will be 25%-50% 职能类别： 内科医生 临床协调员
