职位描述

Responsibilities:1. Provide technical solutions on protein production platform of the department to the project management team and production teams, and provide guidance with strong trouble-shooting skills;2. Communicate with international clients in multiple ways including teleconference and email;3. Initialize the training plans of the technique and management; participate in the training of the department and the company proactively;4. Communicate with the commercial teams to provide new service proposals and promotions; investigate key technologies to boost the service performance;5. Involve in the management of the project management team and production team, and suggest optimization and improvement of the workflow and organization structure.Qualifications:1. Ph. D. with two years or Master degree with five years’ experience in biochemistry, protein science or a related field with expertise on recombinant protein and antibody expression, mammalian cell culturing, and/or structural biology; 2. A thorough understanding and hand-on experience in industry setting production of recombinant protein and antibody will be preferred;3. Playing a key role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion;4. Multitasking, innovative, and result and detail-oriented;5. Proactively participating in collaborative projects; 6.
