We are looking for an experienced biomarker science liaison to join our team. Working as an biomarker specialist liaison, you will be responsible for being the head of biomarkers in their area, leading the strategy, coordination, implementation and monitoring of specific action plans.You will be responsibility for target and resources assigned and ensuring maximum quality outcome, coordination and communication with the sales in accordance with company policies on biomarker strategy and actions. As the biomarker science liaison, your responsibilities will be: Build strong relationships with pathologists and technicians in the area of biomarkers,contribute & participate in the development of the strategy and action plans biomarkers unit, identify needs and market opportunities. Responsible for organizing, leading, developing projects & daily report of visiting customers and action plans arising from the strategy of biomarkers, and be responsibility for your sales and expenses products assigned, ensuring maximum return on investment. Support the identification and realization of synergies of work, and support the development and implementation of clinical trials and the respective product strategy and biomarkers. Regular updating of actions & projects and responsible for , monitoring and control of the budget allocated to product, meeting the dates for the rolling forecast, conduct training on biomarkers to other functions of the organization. You have a Master Degree or up and major in clinical medicine, pharm science or pathology, and have an experience in china pharmaceutical industry. You should have good knowledge of assigned disease area, fundamental knowledge in drug development and good understanding of business, commercialization and marketing. You have good clinical communication and information management skill. And good at operational excellence. You should be fluent in both written and spoken English and good PC skill.And should be strategic thinking & results orientation.
