职位描述： Requirements:A minimum of a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Ph. D degree preferred.A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical role in multinational company is required.A minimum of 3 years of project management experience is required.Product life cycle experience in the healthcare industry (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Consumer and/or Biologics) is required.People management experience is preferred.Experience leading cross-functional teams is required.Experience leading Medical Device New Product Development teams preferredGlobal experience is preferred.Job Descriptions:Manage a cross-functional project team for Biosurgery products, ensuring the end to end alignment of life cycle and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects with the overall business objectives.Provide local operations leadership to assigned new product development projects.Accountable for core project team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend.Leads team in defining project strategies, developing goals, and ensures project scope is defined and controlled.Continuously interacts with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.Ensures identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan and leads core team in the proactive management of risk response strategiesIdentify opportunities in existing business processes and drive improvement activities to close them.. 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 医药技术研发管理人员 关键字： Biosurgery, 生物外科
