职位描述： 岗位职责：1.结合NMR、LCMS、UPLC、HPLC、GC以及熔点，旋光等一系列图谱和数据，审核判定产品结构与纯度。 2.定期进行工作经验总结。 3.对工作中出现的异常进行归整，提出解决方案。4.与各相关部门进行质量相关问题沟通。5.必要时对相关人员进行培训。任职资格：1、本科及以上学历，化学类相关专业，1年以上有机化学合成工作经验优先；2、良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；3、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神；4、有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力。 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药 化学分析测试员 关键字： 有机合成 有机化学 文献 合成路线 NMR HPLC
