职位描述： 负责病毒感染及免疫调节剂相关的新药研发工作？负责药物研发过程中靶点识别、靶点验证、药物筛选及药物作用机制研究？负责实验数据的分析及解释、报告撰写等，针对项目进展与项目成员或合作者进行有效沟通？项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论？指导实验助理进行研究工作？了解相关研究领域的最新进展任职要求:？微生物学、病毒学、免疫学或相关专业，硕士4年以上相关研究经历，博士0-2年相关工作经验？具有小分子化合物新药开发经验者优先考虑？对相关研究领域有深入的了解？具备实验设计、操作、解释及解决问题的能力？对科研工作有热情及兴趣，具有创新意识和学习能力？实验动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强？有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力Job description：？Work independently in a collaborative team environment discovering novel therapeutics for viral infection disease or immune-modulators？Design, perform and optimize assays for target identification, validation, compound screening and mechanism of action study？Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicate with team members and collaborators on working progress？Summarize and present research results in the project and department meetings？Supervise junior research stuff members (research associate, associate scientist, or research scientist)？Keep abreast of the current development in the area of research focusQualifications:？Microbiology, virology, immunology or related field with 0-2 years (PhD), 4-6 years (MS) of relevant experience？Industrial experience in small molecule drug development is preferred？A broad knowledge and deep understanding of disease biology is a must？Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments？Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines？Must be a team player with pro-active behavior, excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills？Highly motivated, innovative researcher capable of critical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 职能类别： 生物工程/生物制药
