职位描述： Job DescriptionJob Title : QA SpecialistDepartment: QAJob Location : ShanghaiReport to : Quality ManagerSubordinate : N/APOSITION SUMMARYThis role mainly focus on customer complaint handling to timely enter & close complaints and feedback to customer with investigation result in China for all products and meet the regulatory requirement. Monitoring and data analysis should be conducted to identify and escalate the potential improvement and urgent issue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?Strengthen the independent working ability on the complaint handling and meet the regulatory and company requirements;?Closely work with business to understand business & customer needs in depth and timely enter & close the complaint to meet turnaround time;? Ensure all the complaint information captured and maintained in database and Trackwise complaint system;? Strengthen sense of the urgency and importance, issue escalation to address the special/urgent customer complaint;?Support and prepare data trend analysis by different needs;?Attend complaint escalation meeting if needed;?Maintain and improvement products green channel process and sample delivery?Support to optimize the complaint coordinating process and give the complaint training for the business if they needed;?Support QA/Team work or project if needed.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES?Good written English is must, good oral English is plus;?Good at Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT;?Good at communication;?Teamwork;DESIRABLE?Bachelor degree, major in clinical, pharma, medical device is preferred;?1-2years working experience in quality field, working in pharma or medical device;?Detailed oriented and willing to learn.Travel Frequency<25%√ 职能类别： 医疗器械生产/质量管理
