职位描述： Key Account AbilitiesLead/execute new product development projects based on the customer requirements and market trends.Provide high quality technical support needed for promoting products and programs, making technical recommendations to solve issues for the Great China customer base as well as provide the technical support needed for global projects.1.Lead/drive technological innovation in the region by initiating & executing application/product development projects in the region. In addition, contribute to global Innovation Projects as requested.2.Identify local and regional industry trends and customer’s requirements to capture ideas and develop project proposals.3.Provide technical recommendations and laboratory support to customers, sales and marketing personnel in Great China market for the QSR business.4.Provide on-site technical support for the customer, answer technical questions, and provide technical comparisons to competition5.Support field tests of experimental products and/or new products for commercialization.6.Understand Ecolab’s QSR technology as practiced globally; know how/when to leverage effectively.7.Work with Marketing to approach products technical advance and develop selling point.8.Work with Regulatory to ensure all products/programs in compliance.9.Work with process engineering to smoothly transfer lab formulas to manufacturing and provide support to QC and supply chain for product batches complain.Required / Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities1.Able to effectively work with multifunctional teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain), country, regionally and globally based.2.Experience in cleaning and sanitation (or related industry) R&D and/or Applied Technology, engineering, expertise on powder/tablet/solid technology is preferred3.Project management experience4.Advanced knowledge of formulation5.Work with Sales and Marketing team to support customer needs6.Strong communication skill, strong team work with Business/Marketing to define innovation projects, track project progress regularly and manage projects7.Open minded team player, also self-starter8.3+ Years’ experience in R&D work in chemical industry segment.9.PC skills: E-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, etc.10.Excellent oral and written EnglishEducation QualificationsMaster’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline with 3+ work experience 职能类别： 科研人员 生物工程/生物制药
