职位描述： Job DuitesIdentify qualified clinical sites in certain regionGet the EC approval form clinical sitesPrepare initiation meeting, middle stage meeting and close meeting of each clinical site in certain regionGuarantee the qualified patients/samples recruitment in required time in each clinical site in certain regionRegular visit to the clinical sites in certain regionWork out audit plan to the clinical sites which are operated by other colleaguesConduct audits based on the audit planWork out audit summary and recordGuarantee all the documents/record are archived and meet the regulatory requirementsQuality control process improvement of clinical trials.RequirementBachelor degree or above in medical majors.3-5 year work experience in clinical trial operation.
