职位描述： Core Job Purpose:The primary role of this position is to lead or participate in design, development and documentation mechanical components and system. Offer engineering support to Plant and global products in case needed.Responsibilities and Main Deliverables:1.Providing concept and details designs of mechanical module/system within quality, cost and timing targets2.Developing 3D models and generating the engineering drawings with specifications, prepare related technical documents and BoM for manufacturing and sourcing3.Working with the team on prototyping, testing, qualification and supplier development4.Control the component and module level validation tests and implements all technical corrective actions5.Ensure to provide the right quality level of technical deliverables at each project development phase6.Support to release FAI report7.Detail engineering and suggest improvements in design to save cost on sourcing and manufacturing8.Assist the production during the design transfer and mass production9.Support supplier audit for technical and cost issues. Interface with vendors to assure compliance to drawing and product specifications10.Generate technical documentations for registration (For instance: spare part list).EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering2.3+ years of solid experience in Mechanical module/system design and development, applicants familiar with Healthcare industry/ or Dental industry are preferred3.Familiar with common engineering materials and corresponding manufacturing technology (e.g. Plastic parts, metal-sheet parts, Die-casting and machining parts etc.)4.Good Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) Knowledge and Design for Manufacturing(DFM) Knowledge5.Solid experience with commonly used 3D CAD design tools, Catia is preferred6.Very good English communication skills7.With innovation skills and problem solving skills8.Team player with good interpersonal/intercultural skills9.Experience of pneumatic and hydraulic applications and design is a plus10.FEA calculation skills is a plus 职能类别： 机械工程师 医疗器械研发
