职位描述： Your Role and Responsibilities:1.Coordinate project/study material preparation and study communication internally and/or with vendors as the lead CTA or as the CTA in the complex study;2.Manage and maintain study documents & trial suppliers;3.Organize and maintain both paper and electronic Trial Master Files and assist with eTMF administrative support activities. Provide technical knowledge of the essential documents as described in the Bayer SOPs and required by the global regulatory authorities. 4.Provide expertise in maintain operational tracking and reporting systems and tools. Develop study specific tracking systems based on study team needs.5.Participate and support audits, inspections and verifications. 6.Provide consultative guidance on new systems, complex central role process & country specific process set up and optimization;7.Will interview potential candidates, train and mentor new staff/junior colleagues as assigned by manager.8.Provide technical support and expertise for vendor tracking by acting as a main point of contact handling and liaising globally with internal and external partners to facilitate progress and identify potential issues.9.As skilled local facilitator, providing expertise and efficient operational support as the interface for communication, planning and tracking. The overall quality and efficiency of the global/local team in achieving project timeline, milestone and the budgetWho You Are1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in MNC company experience in the preferred healthcare, pharmaceutical industry or clinical research/development field;2.The ability to manage multiple high level parallel tasks, work unsupervised, effective computer skills, possess the ability to apply new techniques, have a working knowledge of all Microsoft programs.3.Highly preferred the one who is with the executive department/team assistant/secretary experience in global pharma or healthcare company 4.Good understanding of cultural differences as well as regional operational differences5.Preferred in familiarity with the drug development process and TMF management processes.6.Good skill sets in effective planning and organizational skills, innovativeness and details attention. 职能类别： 其他
