职位描述： Primary Function:Provide technical support for molecular biology and antibody protein engineering. Participate in internal technology platform developmentMajor Responsibilities and Duties:1)Work as a team member to support multiple project-relevant area.2)Support the molecular biology effort by making DNA constructs for internal antibody discovery3)Support the protein biochemistry team on mammalian culture, transfection, purification and QC characterization.4)Support the internal antibody production and characterization by performing required biochemical assays.5)Support the establishment of novel antibody discovery platform by supporting the library construction and DNA preparation6)Interpret, analyze, trouble-shooting results7)Present data to discovery teamQualifications:1)Bachelor or Master in relevant area of research with 0-5 years of experience.2)Background knowledge in molecular biology and protein purification is mandatory.3)Experience in DNA cloning, phage display, and library construction is a plus4)Experience in in vitro assay development is desired5)Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and capability to multi-task is essential.6)Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are required. 职能类别： 医药技术研发人员
